Wednesday Night Fellowship

Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:00PM

Dinner: 6:15-6:45 pm

Would you like a break from cooking? Come enjoy a light meal and fellowship.

Requested Donation is $3 per person, Max $10 each family

Classes: 6:45 – 8:00pm

All ages are invited to learn and grow in relationship with God and others during intentional community times on Wednesday nights. First and second Wednesdays of each month we will have smaller group studies with adults, youth and children each breaking off into their own focus groups. Third Wednesdays will be a community night when we’ll all join together for a fun activity. The fourth Wednesdays will be our Service nights.

Oct 4 (Baked Pasta & Salad)

  • Children Age 3-Grade 5 will be engaging further in the scriptures studied on the prior Sunday. See if you can arrive having memorized the verse from Sunday Exodus 2:24

  • Middle School: Led by Lawrence Martin

  • Legacy High School: 1st week: “Living Faith” from the book of James

Adult Classes:

  • Lectio Divina Class, a Christian spiritual practice of reading, reflecting on, responding to and resting in the Word of God.

  • Replacing Ourselves Class: We will be looking at some ways the Bible invites us to engage the created world.

Oct 11 (Build Your Own Sandwich)

  • Children's Class: Age 3-Grade 5 will be engaging further in the scriptures studied on the prior Sunday. See if you can arrive having memorized the verse from Sunday Exodus 16:12

  • Middle School: Led by Lawrence Martin

  • Legacy High School: 2nd Week: Pie at Village Inn

Adult Classes:

  • Lectio Divina Class, a Christian spiritual practice of reading, reflecting on, responding to and resting in the Word of God.

  • Replacing Ourselves Class: We will be discussing some cooperative options for buying produce directly from Arkansas and San Luis Valley farmers.

 

Oct 18 (Enchilada Soup & Bread)

  • Hobby Craft Night. We will be tying comforters, learning basic handyman skills, finger knitting, crocheting, and tying flies.

 

Oct 25 (Sloppy Joes, Fresh Veggies)

  • Service Project Night— We will be visiting some folks from the church. Visitation is a great opportunity to learn the stories of others and how God has worked in their lives. Come with questions to ask and ears to listen!
